The Coastal Queen will take you out, when the tide aligns, to experience a scenic journey through the harbor, where you can spot local grey seals in their natural habitat. The tour narrator will also call out points of interest in the harbor as you cruise. Coastal Queen’s grand, center teak wood bar will be open, and the boat will be cozy indoors. Binoculars are provided.
EARLY SPRING—The Wickford Seal and Harbor Tour departs from the Wickford Village Visitor's Dock behind 55 Brown Street, where there is ample parking. Coastal Queen will cruise passed the historic homes that dot the waterfront of Wickford Cove and head out to the picturesque area of Fox Island, Rome Point and Plum Beach Lighthouse.
LATE FALL—The Newport Seal and Harbor Tour departs from 5 Bowen's Landing on Bowen's Wharf and will pass by the historic church steeples, forts, lighthouses and other sights that make up magnificent Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay.
